Refund Policies

At Mano's Gems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original packaging and condition.
- A refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
